Kelly® Engineering is seeking an Operations Manager on a direct-hire basis to lead large-scale, multi-location operations within a highly regulated environment. This senior role offers strategic management of engineering, infrastructure, and operational initiatives, with the opportunity to influence across markets and locations.

Open to candidates outside the US Territory who are available to relocate. Salary range starts at USD 175,000 plus experience, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale operational projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and reliability management of large-scale outdoor industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience in regulated environments and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and high-performing operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and service excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and professional development.
• Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and performance standards across all areas of responsibility.
