Global University Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize operations, oversee international recruitment initiatives, and manage key accounts. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to align with organizational goals.

The position involves cross-team coordination, KPI tracking, and driving process improvements across the global network of education institutions.

Formación

• Experience in operations, business development, or project management.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Streamline operations with Business Development Coordinators and Directors of International Recruitment.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for international recruitment.
• Act as the liaison between recruitment teams and external partners.
• Manage incoming agent inquiries and maintain strong business relationships.
• Support agent and key account development, including handling escalations.
• Track KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics for leadership insights.
• Maintain accurate data collection and reporting in databases.
• Identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure contract compliance and align with internal procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance systems and reporting.
