Roca Group is seeking an International Industrial Cost Controller Manager to lead global cost controlling and drive performance across plants. You will partner with operations to sharpen margins and improve financial visibility.

You bring 10+ years in multinational cost control, strong ERP/Excel skills (SAP preferred), and a proven ability to lead international teams. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are essential.

• 10+ years in industrial cost controlling within a multinational environment
• Strong expertise in manufacturing processes & cost accounting
• Experience managing or coordinating international teams
• Advanced Excel + SAP ERP proficiency
• Fluent English and willingness to travel

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the global industrial cost controlling function
• Drive cost optimization and margin improvement across multiple plants
• Analyze variances, standard costs, and inventory valuation
• Partner with Operations to boost efficiency and financial visibility
• Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and best practices across the Group
• Support and mentor local plant controllers internationally
