Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking an Operations Manager for a direct-hire role to lead large-scale operations in a regulated, multi-market setting. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience, 6+ in leadership, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in leadership roles managing teams and operations.
• Experience overseeing engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale operational projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, negotiation and change management skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments and commitment to operational excellence.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge and experience in operation, maintenance and reliability management of large-scale outdoor industrial equipment and infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in handling, storage, transportation and regulatory compliance of hazardous materials and bulk tank systems, with safety focus.

• Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and service excellence.

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects within timelines and budgets.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, accountability and professional development.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and performance across all areas.
