Job summary

Greenvolt Power is seeking an experienced O&M Strategy & Best Practices Manager to define and own the global O&M strategy, governance, maintenance standards, and operating procedures for our utility-scale asset portfolio.

You will lead the O&M Strategy & Best Practices team, supervise contract management, and drive continuous improvement across geographies in collaboration with Asset Management, Performance Monitoring & Optimization, OT & Digital, HSE, and

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of renewable energy asset operations and O&M best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of contract management, KPI frameworks and procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational issues.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• High accountability and strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent English required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global O&M strategy, maintenance standards, and operating procedures for the renewable energy asset portfolio.
• Own the O&M governance model and ensure assets are maintained per standards across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the O&M Strategy & Best Practices team, set objectives, priorities, and quality standards.
• Supervise Contract Management and ensure RFP processes and governance align with O&M strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback, performance data, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Performance Monitoring & Optimization, OT & Digital, HSE, Quality & Sustainability.
