Greenvolt Power seeks an O&M Strategy & Best Practices Analyst to define, develop, and maintain the global O&M framework for its renewable energy asset portfolio, ensuring assets are operated and maintained to meet best-in-class standards throughout their lifecycle.

The role defines governance, maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and continuous improvement through lessons learned, benchmarking, and cross-geography rollouts with Asset Managers and the Performance Monitoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years in renewable energy operations, O&M strategy, asset management, or related role.
• Experience developing maintenance plans, standards, or operating frameworks for utility-scale assets.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the overall O&M strategy for the global portfolio and governance framework.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, and asset-class libraries.
• Create annual maintenance plans and spare parts strategies.
• Coordinate with Asset Managers and cross-functional teams across geographies.
