Job summary

Greenvolt Power is hiring an O&M Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of O&M contracts for the company’s utility-scale assets. You will coordinate RFPs, tendering, and contract negotiations with internal teams to ensure compliance with performance standards and commercial objectives.

The role requires strong contract governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Asset Management, Legal, and Finance, across multiple geographies and asset types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of O&M contracts across the portfolio, from scoping to renewal and termination.
• Maintain a contract register and track expiry, renewal milestones, and key obligations.
• Coordinate tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiations with Legal and Finance.
• Define and monitor contractor KPI and SLA frameworks across geographies.
• Monitor compliance, risk, warranties, and escalation of contract issues.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Technical Services, Legal, and Procurement to align terms with standards.
