Job summary

Greenvolt Power, a segment of Greenvolt Group, seeks a Performance Monitoring & Optimization Manager to own the performance monitoring and optimization of its utility-scale renewable asset portfolio. You will lead a dedicated team, refine KPI frameworks, and drive actions that improve asset availability, energy yield, and long-term value across geographies.

You will partner with Asset Management, O&M Strategy & Best Practices, and OT & Digital teams to translate insights into on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 7+ years in performance monitoring/energy analysis or related role.
• Experience leading technical teams and optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and own performance monitoring methodology and KPI frameworks.
• Lead and develop the PM&O team, set objectives and ensure output quality.
• Drive optimization campaigns to improve energy yield and availability.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, O&M, and OT & Digital teams to implement insights.
