Job summary

Greenvolt Power is seeking an O&M Strategy & Best Practices Analyst to define, develop, and maintain the global Operations & Maintenance strategy, standards, procedures, and maintenance planning frameworks for its renewable energy asset portfolio, ensuring all assets are operated and maintained in accordance with best-in-class practices throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in renewable energy operations, O&M strategy, asset management, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience developing or contributing to O&M strategies, maintenance procedures, or operational frameworks for utility-scale renewable energy assets.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall O&M strategy for the global portfolio, establishing the operating model, governance framework, and standards that govern how all assets are maintained and operated.
• Define maintenance standards, procedures, and maintenance activity libraries to be applied consistently across all sites and asset types.
• Develop and maintain incident classification criteria, operating procedures, and SLAs to ensure compliance with asset performance standards.
• Coordinate with Asset Managers and O&M contractors to ensure maintenance standards and contractor KPI frameworks are aligned.
