Zusammenfassung

Greenvolt Power seeks an O&M Contract Manager to lead the full lifecycle of O&M contracts across our utility-scale renewable assets, coordinating with Asset Management, Technical Services, Legal and Finance. You will define KPI and SLA frameworks, monitor performance, manage renewals and escalations, and ensure governance across geographies aligns with standards and commercial goals.

Fluent communication and negotiation with contractors and internal stakeholders are essential to deliver value

Qualifikationen

Bachelor-level degree in engineering, business, law, economics, or renewable energy.
3–5 years in contract management, procurement, or related roles in energy or infrastructure.
Experience with O&M or service contracts for renewable assets preferred.
Knowledge of KPI frameworks, SLAs and risk management in energy.

Aufgaben

Manage full lifecycle of O&M contracts across the portfolio from scoping to termination.
Maintain contract registers, track expiries and renewal milestones, and coordinate variations.
Lead RFP/tendering, develop specs and evaluation criteria with cross-functional teams.
Define and monitor contractor KPI and SLA frameworks and ensure governance.
