Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking a senior O&M strategy lead to define and optimize the global operations and maintenance framework. You will shape standards, operating models and governance across technologies and regions, driving efficiency and reliability while coordinating with regional teams.

We value experience in asset-intensive industries, strong leadership, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management or related field.
Master's Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Operations Management or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and optimize the global O&M strategy, standards and operating model across technologies and geographies.
Own global O&M strategy and maintenance standards balancing safety, availability, reliability, and lifecycle value.
Lead O&M methodologies, minimum requirements and standards enabling regional adaptation.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of O&M standards using performance data and field experience.
Define how O&M is organized and executed in the field and how it integrates with global systems.
Own and optimize the global O&M operating model including roles, processes and governance.
Identify and deploy opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate field activities.
Lead O&M contracting, economic optimization and RFP support.
