Greenvolt Power is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Optimization Manager to lead the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of a utility-scale renewable portfolio. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in performance monitoring, energy analysis, or related technical role in renewable energy with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience leading performance monitoring and optimization for utility-scale renewable assets (solar PV, wind, BESS, etc.).
• Experience managing technical teams and acting as escalation point for complex analysis and optimization decisions.
• Experience defining performance monitoring methodologies, KPI frameworks, and loss classification standards for large portfolios.
• Knowledge of energy yield modelling, P50/P90 methodologies, SCADA systems, remote monitoring platforms, and predictive analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the performance monitoring methodology, KPI frameworks, loss classification standards, and availability calculation criteria across the portfolio.
• Ensure monitoring standards are consistent, fit for purpose, and aligned with contractual performance guarantees and industry best practices.
• Own the governance process for corrective and improvement action tracking, ensuring actions are defined, assigned, followed up, and closed.
• Define and maintain performance benchmarking frameworks, comparing actual performance against models, P50/P90 estimates, and contractual obligations.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Performance Monitoring & Optimization team with clear objectives and quality standards.
• Be the escalation point for complex performance issues, loss analysis cases, and improvement action decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to analysts, supporting development and consistency.
• Foster data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Support training needs and growth opportunities aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of asset performance, identifying trends, underperformance patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Review and validate outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with methodologies.
• Oversee periodic performance reports and KPI dashboards for Asset Managers and senior management.
• Drive optimization campaigns and coordination with Asset Managers and O&M contractors to implement changes on site.
• Use predictive analytics to identify degradation, risks, and opportunities across the fleet.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, O&M Strategy & Best Practices, and OT & Digital teams to translate insights into actions.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and governance meetings representing the function.
