Job summary

Elawan Energy seeks an O&M Engineer to join its Corporate Operations & Maintenance team. You will act as the technical reference for an international portfolio, supporting local teams to maximise asset availability, reliability and safety throughout the lifecycle.

The role combines technical asset management, performance analysis, contract and warranty management, and involvement in acquisitions, with occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in O&M of renewable energy assets or related roles.
• Experience in commissioning, FAT/SAT, and warranty/ RCA is desirable.
• Experience with operational data analysis and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for an international portfolio, monitoring availability, production, reliability, and costs.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance with local teams and contractors.
• Manage O&M contracts, SLAs and warranty processes; lead RCA and claims.
