Job summary

Greenvolt Power is seeking an Asset Manager to own the full lifecycle of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. You will be the primary P&L owner, coordinating internal teams and external O&M contractors to maximize performance, compliance, and value across the asset lifecycle in Madrid or Lisbon.

You will lead budgeting, validate data in the ETRM system, monitor weekly site performance, manage regulatory and HSE obligations, and coordinate handovers from construction to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in energy/engineering or related.
• 3–5 years in renewable energy, power generation, or asset management.
• Experience with utility-scale assets (solar, wind, BESS).
• Experience managing O&M contractors and budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent local language; English and additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own asset P&L and report financial performance.
• Lead annual budgeting and monitor budget execution.
• Validate metering data and upload in ETRM for settlement.
• Oversee O&M contractors and site maintenance plans.
• Coordinate asset handover between construction and operations.
• Ensure HSE compliance on site.
• Prepare monthly asset reports and KPI tracking.
