Formación

• Advance or bilingual knowledge of English, Spanish and Italian (C1/C2).
• Residence within Madrid (City).
• Commit to 39 hours per week and a 10-week induction training (Mon-Fri).

Responsabilidades

• Handle client inquiries about medical plans via phone, email, and written channels.
• Document interactions concisely following internal procedures.
• Aim to provide first-time resolution for customer issues.
• Translate documents when needed to support communication.
• Collaborate with medical consultants on medical issues.
