Cigna Healthcare in Madrid seeks a Provider Senior Representative to support Health Care Partners worldwide. You will manage end-to-end provider relationships, from onboarding to daily interactions, educating partners on our operating model and assisting with claims.

Fluency in English and Italian is required, along with strong communication and data accuracy. The role emphasizes teamwork, discretion with confidential information, and efficient handling of inquiries in a global setting.

Formación

• Bachelor or similar by experience: Translation and Interpreting, Foreign Languages or Accounting studies are highly valued.
• Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
• Active knowledge of Italian (B2 Level) is a must , the ability to connect with our in network providers in other languages aside of English is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills are expected.
• Attention to data accuracy and document workflows are important.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Health Care Partners in day-to-day inquiries within the global Provider Services Organization.
• Manage end-to-end partnership with provider accounts from onboarding to ongoing interactions.
• Educate providers to navigate Cigna operating model and assist with claims and payments inquiries.
• Handle complex cases such as provider complaints in coordination with stakeholders across PSO and Cigna.
