FH Collective - Academy is seeking Account Executives for our Madrid office to drive sales, build client relationships, and grow with an international technology company.

The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid. The base salary is €30,000 gross annually with uncapped commissions, and the company offers onboarding, training, and clear career progression attitudes. Open language markets include German, English (US Accent), Dutch, Polish, and Czech.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• C2 proficiency or bilingual proficiency in one listed languages.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Candidates must already be based in Spain.
