TD SYNNEX in Spain seeks a Microsoft Marketplace ISV Activation Lead to drive vendor onboarding and GTM for the Microsoft Marketplace.

You will recruit, activate and enable software vendors, coordinate regional onboarding with stakeholders, and partner with the central Marketplace COE to streamline private offer programs and integration with hyperscalers' marketplaces. A passion for SaaS and AI GTM is essential.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years in software vendor management, cloud services, or technology sales.
• Strong familiarity with MICROSOFT Marketplace, including private offer programs and GTM strategies.
• Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Project/program management experience.
• Microsoft certifications or AI-related credentials a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the vendor onboarding pipeline for the MICROSOFT Marketplace region.
• Guide vendors on onboarding and Private Offer programs; coordinate regional onboarding with stakeholders.
• Serve as the internal go-to for commercial and operational readiness of MPO, CSP, and REO programs.
• Develop quarterly training roadmaps and measure enablement ROI; create reusable assets for teams.
• Identify marketplace opportunities and advocate best practices for marketplace success.
• Ensure TD SYNNEX compliance in marketplace transactions; guide vendor teams on tax, pricing, and security standards.
• Translate commercial and compliance requirements into functional specs for automation and API integration between StreamOne and the MICROSOFT Marketplace.
