TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced MICROSOFT Marketplace ISV activation Lead to scale our vendor onboarding and marketplace revenue across regions. You will partner with software vendors and internal teams to drive onboarding, private offer programs, and GTM execution in a global context.

The role emphasizes enablement, program optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI and SaaS go-to-market strategies. Remote/hybrid work options are available with clear progression plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software vendor management, cloud services or tech sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Marketplace and go-to-market strategies.
• Analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow vendor onboarding and Microsoft Marketplace revenue.
• Coordinate onboarding for Private Offer Programs and partner with Microsoft teams.
• Develop quarterly training roadmaps and measure enablement ROI.
• Identify marketplace opportunities and advocate best practices.
