TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Marketplace & Process Analyst to optimize business processes across Europe. You will support country teams and partners, improve platform adoption, and collaborate with sales, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The role focuses on analyzing operations, driving improvements, and supporting vendor-related activities within a Cloud/SaaS environment, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar) and Excel.
• Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, IT services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Freshdesk queues and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
• Act as the main point of contact for country teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support vendor-related operational activities and platform management.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and platform teams to enhance business operations.
• Drive user adoption and best practices across cloud and digital platforms.
