The role drives brand consistency, on-shelf visibility and conversion, working with markets to translate shopper understanding into global principles and actionable briefs.

The ideal candidate will connect global and local teams, shape packaging systems, and guide retail experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience in retail/packaging
• Strong background in consumer goods and retail execution
• Experience translating portfolio strategy into customer-facing communication
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define white spaces
• Strong collaboration and influence in global organizations

Responsibilities

• Define global packaging strategy across hardware, supplies, and services with on-shelf visibility.
• Translate product value propositions into packaging frameworks, messaging hierarchies and claims guidance.
• Establish standards for communicating services and AI-enabled features through packaging.
• Translate shopper insights into actionable packaging, retail and etail strategy frameworks.
• Define strategy and develop playbooks for POS, content standards, retail storytelling and conversion experiences.
• Optimize shopper decision journeys to improve clarity, comparison, premium perception and conversion.
• Create strategic briefs, playbooks, and guidance for consistent execution.
• Establish feedback loops with markets to understand execution barriers and opportunities.
• Partner with Insights to define research that informs packaging and shopper experience strategy.
• Leverage retail data and testing to continuously improve conversion.
