Flexport is seeking a Global Operations Associate to coordinate end-to-end shipment movements within a regional network, focusing on on-time performance and first-class customer experience.

The role requires a BA/BS or forwarding agent training, 2+ years in operations/logistics, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will work closely with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Be the front line in ensuring shipments move on-time and communications are clear.
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs through quality delivery.
• Follow SOPs and flag opportunities for improvement.
• Solve client issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with carriers, vendors, customs and regional teams.
• Execute end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network (imports/exports).
• Assist shipments managed by partners to drive parity with insourced operations.
• Use data and tools to inform decisions and drive efficiency improvements.
