Morgan Prestwich is seeking a Global Business Development Director to drive high-value, strategic client relationships across the life sciences sector on a global scale. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships rather than filling individual vacancies.

You will engage CEOs, C-suite executives, investors and board members, building multi-country, multi-function recruitment partnerships and expanding Morgan Prestwich’s international footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in life sciences/biotech/pharma sectors.
• Ability to build relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling sophisticated, multi-hire recruitment solutions at global scale.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-potential biotech, pharmaceutical, MedTech, diagnostics and CDMO organisations globally.
• Build relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, board members, CHROs and senior Talent leaders.
• Develop relationships within venture capital, private equity and life sciences investment communities.
• Track funding rounds, milestones and regulatory events to identify hiring requirements early.
• Develop retained, exclusive and multi-hire recruitment partnerships across functions and geographies.
• Attend major international biotech, pharma and investment conferences.
