Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd seeks a QMS Line Director to lead and expand the Quality Management Systems service line for life sciences clients worldwide. You will shape strategy, grow the consulting team, and foster strong client relationships across pharma, biotech and medical devices.

The role requires deep GxP expertise, leadership, and a track record in delivering compliant QMS implementations and improvements, with fluency in English and Spanish for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems in regulated life sciences.
• Strong GxP and GMP knowledge.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Proven leadership and people management.
• Commercial awareness with business development exposure.
• Experience with eQMS platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Management Systems consulting service line.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of consultants.
• Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients.
• Support business development, proposals and client relationships.
• Oversee successful delivery of QMS implementation, optimisation and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service capabilities.
• Ensure high standards of project delivery and regulatory compliance.
