Hartmann Young Limited is partnering with a global Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences company to appoint a VP / General Manager, EMEA. This role will own the EMEA strategy, P&L, and overall business performance, while leading regional teams to foster accountability and a customer-focused culture.

• Senior commercial or general management experience within Molecular Diagnostics, IVD or Life Sciences.
• A strong track record of P&L ownership $200M+ and delivering profitable growth.
• Experience leading teams across multiple European and wider EMEA markets.
• Strong understanding of direct and distributor-led commercial models.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and develop high-performing leadership teams.
