Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and identify details that matter.

• Some experience in law practice, either at a firm or in-house counsel, with exposure to challenges in this role.

Responsibilities

• Guide compliance matters across corporate governance, disclosures, sustainability, health and safety, sanctions and export controls, and enforcement response.
• Design and operationalize the compliance strategy, including governance frameworks and audits.
• Support acquisitions and integrations with due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Train and raise awareness by delivering practical compliance guidance.
• Optimize insurance portfolio and risk management strategies.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows to support high-growth operations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
