Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role focuses on master services agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and other contracts with vendors across jurisdictions.

You will draft templates, support compliance, and provide guidance to sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams. International and cross-border matters are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements).
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.

• Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
