Job summary

Expleo Group’s Global Legal team seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to partner on corporate operations across multiple entities worldwide, supporting governance, risk management and strategic execution.

You will lead and advise on M&A, restructurings, intra‑group arrangements and compliance, reporting to the Legal Director and Group GC. The role offers international exposure and work‑from‑home options depending on project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in corporate law within an international, multi‑entity environment (in‑house or top‑tier law firm experience preferred).
• Strong track record in complex corporate transactions and M&A matters.
• Excellent understanding of corporate governance, group structures and cross‑border operations.
• High professional ethics, discretion and strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate governance of the Group’s portfolio of entities, including day‑to‑day corporate housekeeping and complex corporate operations.
• Oversee incorporations, dissolutions, liquidations, restructurings, cross‑border reorganisations, mergers, splits, asset and share disposals.
• Manage changes to articles of association, board and officer appointments, delegations of authority and statutory filings.
• Ensure timely approval of accounts, corporate resolutions and compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
