AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role requires 1–4 years of experience in law and strong English communication.

The position offers flextime with remote and office options, and supports IT industry-related cross-border matters. You will draft templates and provide guidance across sales, HR, and finance teams.

Mansioni

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and other agreements with vendors.
• Draft and maintain contract templates.
• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions.
