Roche seeks a Learning Technology & Adoption Lead to bridge cutting-edge learning tech with pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will act as digital architect for the Global Learning Hub, piloting PoCs in Generative AI, VR/AR/MR, adaptive learning, and micro-learning to transform training across sites.

You will translate pilots into business cases with ROI, enforce UX standards, empower a lean team of Product Owners, and partner with IT, QA, Operations, and Design to deliver compliant

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, CS, HCI, or related field.
• 8+ years leading digital learning technology in a global enterprise.
• Hands-on with immersive tech and AI/LLM apps in knowledge management.
• Experience with LMS/LXP/HRIS integrations and CSV validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PoCs for Generative AI and VR/AR/MR in enterprise learning.
