Roche seeks a visionary, user-centric Solution Architect to lead the transversal digital experience across employee platforms. You will design business-driven solutions, balance UX with enterprise standards, and collaborate with mature engineering teams to transform fragmented portals into a single, scalable ecosystem.

Formación

• 3 years experience in designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions.
• Maintaining vision, roadmap, and landscape for technical solutions and risk impacts.
• Create conceptual/logical data models and data taxonomies.
• Define reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
• Evaluate external tech trends and vendor feasibility for the solution.
• Experience with APIs, data flows and UI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Designs solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a specific Solution Context.
• Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions; documents architecture across the product lifecycle.
• Maintains the vision, roadmap, and current landscape; assesses impacts on capabilities, risk, and the application landscape.
• Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models for the solution and interfaces; defines ADRs.
• Explains difficult information clearly and builds consensus among stakeholders.
• Map complex employee journeys and unify disparate experiences into a cohesive interface.
