Roche is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive support and training across Lab Insights in a global, cross-functional setting. You will lead the product lifecycle, align with regional teams, and advance network priorities while promoting agile leadership and a collaborative culture.

Based in Rotkreuz with international travel, you will influence strategy for Roche Information Solutions and partner with Life-Cycle Teams to deliver value to healthcare professionals worldwide.

Formación

• Advanced degree in IT or related field.
• Proven track record in project leadership and agile environments.
• Experience in global, matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Act as GCS Project Leader for new product development, upgrades, and updates.
• Lead end-to-end Product Life Cycle from development to on-market deployment.
• Coordinate with Chapters to align LCT needs and network priorities.
• Lead a Product Support & Training Squad with a We all lead mindset.
• Foster Agile leadership and Roche Diagnostics culture and behaviors.
• Help shape mid- to long-term strategy for GCS Roche Information Solutions.
• Travel internationally as required to support projects.
