Roche seeks a Technical Product Manager to act as the primary contact for GCS capabilities within Lab Insights. You will co-develop product support, provide global affiliate documentation, and partner with Life‑Cycle Teams to deliver on priorities.

You will lead an agile Product Support & Training Squad and contribute to Roche Information Solutions’ mid- and long-term strategy. The role requires an advanced IT degree and a proven track record in project leadership.

Formación

• Advanced degree in IT or related field.
• Proven track record in project management or project leadership.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Act as GCS Project Leader for all support and service deliverables in new product development projects, upgrades, and updates.
• Lead Product Life Cycle E2E from development to on-market deployment.
• Coordinate with Chapters to aggregate LCT needs and advance network priorities.
• Lead and empower a small Product Support & Training Squad.
• Act as a role model for Agile Leadership and Roche Diagnostics culture.
• Craft and implement key aspects of GCS Roche Information Solutions’ mid- to long-term strategy.
• Undertake international travel as required to support global matrix operations.
