Roche seeks a GCS Technical Content Manager to own content across the product lifecycle, ensuring end-user success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to plan, pace, and publish content that supports installation, operation, and maintenance of Roche diagnostics.

You will drive standardization, risk-aware planning, and agile publication workflows within the GCS Knowledge & Learning Excellence team, impacting service and customer experience globally.

Formación

• Experience with content management and end-user documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile development and publication workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of CMS, XML, translation/localization, and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical content across the product lifecycle and define content elements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage relationships, and monitor progress.
• Plan content scope, determine delivery channels, and align with strategy.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with GCS Project Leader and PPE.
• Provide terminology and translation expertise up to 30% capacity for Language Operations.
• Collaborate with Content Strategist to implement the KLE content strategy.
