Roche is seeking an Agile Product Owner to drive digital learning platforms within a fast-moving team. You will transform business goals into concrete user stories for development, UX and QA, while ensuring measurable ROI and scalable data flows across LMS/LXP ecosystems.

You will partner with IT architects and stakeholders to optimize post-launch performance, SLAs, and data-driven decisions as part of Roche's TransformD journey and culture.

Formación

• 3-5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager required.
• Experience delivering digital learning platforms for external clients or commercial customers.
• Strong ability to define KPIs, build data-driven business cases and drive ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the creation and delivery of learning products and solutions within an agile team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.
• Translate business vision into actionable user stories for Dev, UX, and QA.
• Monitor post-launch performance, data, and SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with IT architects to ensure scalable, end-to-end learning data flows.
• Support the evolution of the functions culture and the TransformD journey.
• Demonstrate Roche We@RD dimensions in daily practice.
