Roche is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to define the enterprise blueprint for its Commercial GenAI platform. You will architect multi-agent orchestration, connect with legacy data, and shape governance for safe, scalable AI across the diagnostics commercial space.
You will lead evaluation, drive production adoption, and partner with executives, product heads, and legal teams to transform complex business problems into compliant, agent-driven software solutions.
Formación
- 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
- 3+ years architecting and scaling Generative AI/LLM workflows in prod.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI governance.
- Understanding of secure API orchestration and cloud-native architectures.
Responsabilidades
- Define enterprise blueprint for Roche's GenAI platform.
- Lead evaluation and production deployment of agentic AI paradigms.
- Establish LLMOps/Agent-Ops standards and governance.
- Collaborate with C-suite, product, and legal/compliance.
- Mentor senior developers and AI engineers across hubs.
