Super seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to shape AI capability across our European and LATAM operations. You will design and deliver practical AI learning programmes, roadmaps, and enablement initiatives that empower employees to apply AI in their roles.
You will partner with senior leaders, curate content from internal and external sources, and continuously improve learner experience through analytics and feedback. Fluency in English is required.
Formación
- 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
- Proven experience driving AI enablement and adoption initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI capability gaps and learning priorities.
- Build and deliver scalable AI learning programmes, roadmaps, and enablement initiatives.
- Support enterprise-wide AI adoption through practical, workflow-based learning solutions.
- Create toolkits, playbooks, and resources for applying AI in roles.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI learning programmes, including planning and vendor management.
- Measure learning impact using analytics and adoption data.
