Job summary

SGS is hiring a Global Junior Technical Training Specialist in Madrid, hybrid work model. You will develop and deliver technical training programs for the medical device segment, ensuring employees acquire the necessary skills for conformity assessments under MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP.

You will support course preparation, manage training records, and collaborate with SMEs to produce effective e-learning modules.

Qualifications

Teaching and mentoring skills to impart knowledge effectively.
Proficiency in online and face-to-face training methodologies.
Excellent communication to convey complex information clearly.
Prioritize needs of internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Training Course Preparation: support development and maintenance of core training courses for medical devices including MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP.
Administration support for competence and training team including certificates, enrollments and records.
Conduct peer reviews and assessments for trainee exercises to ensure understanding of conformity assessment.
Schedule training sessions (CPD, webinars, workshops, team calibration) and track trainee progress.
Maintain regulatory knowledge of EU MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP to ensure compliant training materials.
