Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Madrid, Spain, to join our new in-house Service & Repair team. You will act as the trusted liaison for customers, coordinating service requests, quotes, orders and follow-ups with internal engineers and logistics to ensure quick, accurate resolutions.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong attention to detail, and experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years in customer service, operations, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-ups for superior experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations including product/service complaints with timely resolution.
• Support quality and compliance in a regulated MedTech environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and ongoing initiatives.
• Participate in projects, system enhancements and UAT activities to improve tools and processes.
