Boston Scientific is seeking an Events & Training Coordinator for EMEA Endoscopy in Madrid. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, overseeing education programs, events, and logistics.

You will coordinate across Marketing, Professional Education, and Sales to deliver high-quality experiences for Healthcare Professionals. You’ll manage registrations, materials, and compliance, while driving process improvements and ensuring stakeholder alignment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Medical Events & Medical Trainings.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel around 15%.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage events, training programs, and professional education activities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate major external events from planning to post-event debrief.
• Support on-site trainings with Healthcare Professionals and internal teams.
• Communicate course information to countries and manage registrations.
• Handle event documentation and compliance per guidelines.
• Collaborate with countries to ensure proper event faculty documentation.
• Oversee logistics: room bookings, catering, transfers, and shipping equipment.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Utilize tools like Webcast, Cvent, Acuity and Salesforce for execution.
• Track progress and budgets for educational deliverables.
