Institut Straumann AG in Madrid is seeking a Global Medical Education leader to drive end-to-end learning programs and materials across international markets. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives with product management, education, supply chain and external partners to optimize costs and improve learning outcomes.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, 5+ years in dentistry/medical device spaces, strong communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry space within international medical device or healthcare organizations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage.
• Proven cost optimization, lean management, and operational transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new course and demo materials concepts with internal product/education teams and external partners.
• Drive lean management of course and demo materials portfolio across regions and vendors.
• Execute strategic cost optimization initiatives with cross‑functional teams including finance, procurement, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with global education, product management, and events teams.
