Boston Scientific in Madrid is seeking an Events & Training Coordinator for the Endoscopy EMEA region on a hybrid schedule. You will coordinate educational events, manage registrations and materials, and liaise with marketing and education teams to deliver high-quality programs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in medical events/training, strong communications, and ability to travel ~15%. Fluency in English and possibly additional European languages is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Events and Medical Trainings.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate events and trainings with cross-functional teams from planning to post-event debrief.
• Manage registrations, websites, brochures, training materials and pre-learning materials.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and budget tracking; liaise with healthcare professionals.
• Support on-site trainings and events as needed.
• Communicate course information to countries and stakeholders.
