Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT infrastructure reliable and scalable across operations. You will support end-user equipment and networks, work on IT projects for new buildings, and mentor technicians on site.

You’ll be based on site in Spain, travel to other Amazon sites periodically, and collaborate with on-site and remote teams to keep platforms running smoothly and support the launch of new warehouses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.
• Experience working in complex IT environments or equivalent.
• Experience working in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in the application of IP protocols.
• Experience in software development and delivery.
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• Valid EU driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-user equipment and your building's IT infrastructure
• Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings
• Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites
• Train and mentor IT technicians
• You'll be based on site and travel to other operational sites in your country, and potentially internationally, several times a month
