Allianz Technology in Barcelona is offering a 6-month internship in the Global Performance & Reward Team. You will create communication material, support compensation structures, and analyze salary benchmarking while collaborating with teams across locations.

The role requires analytical mindset, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, fluent English (German a plus), and a proactive attitude. Hybrid work model, laptop provided, and a vibrant office environment in Barcelona.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal; collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute.

Responsabilidades

• Create communication material and update intranet around total rewards and performance management processes.
• Support development and maintenance of compensation structures.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking analyses.
• Harmonize compensation and performance management across locations.
• Collaborate with global team to evaluate and improve reward programs.

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field
