Allianz Technology in Barcelona is offering a 6-month internship in the Global Performance & Reward Team. You will create communication material, support compensation structures, and analyze salary benchmarking while collaborating with teams across locations.

The role requires analytical mindset, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, fluent English (German a plus), and a proactive attitude. Hybrid work model, laptop provided, and a vibrant office environment in Barcelona.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated intern to join our Global Performance & Reward Team in the People Function. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards within a global organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with professionals in the field.

What you do

• Create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
• Conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
• Help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations.
• You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
