Fever in Madrid is seeking a Global Operations Intern starting January 2027 to help scale our data-driven processes. You will work cross-functionally to optimize workflows, coordinate events, and support vendor management and customer experience across global activities.

The role suits a bachelor’s or master’s student in engineering, math, business, or data analytics who loves data, automation, and problem solving.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, mathematics, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with collaboration and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and quality of work.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate global operational activities, including event planning, logistics, vendor management, and customer experience optimization.
• Identify automation opportunities and cost-optimization strategies while mitigating risks.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data; prepare reports and presentations for decision making.
• Interact with multiple Fever teams in a high-visibility role to drive results.
