Foundever seeks a Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors EC and Platform to lead a global, remote team across 40+ countries. You will drive Employee Central design, platform optimization, and compliance, ensuring scalable processes and smooth release management.

You will partner with Finance, HR and Payroll, directing AI-enabled capability rollouts while maintaining strong governance and audit-ready controls. A strategic, hands-on leader with global experience is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of system administration leading the implementation, release management and administration of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration in a global environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a global footprint of SuccessFactors, managing a globally diverse work-from-home staff.
• Ability to drive consensus and inspire a shared vision for SAP SuccessFactors product exploitation and user adoption globally.
• Experience with the integration of EC Payroll, DRM, Onboarding 2.0, Joule and BTP.
• Proven experience designing and implementing SuccessFactors Core HR business requirements.
• Deep domain knowledge in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and Core HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into actionable SAP SF EC features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a global remote team to administer and ensure compliance for SAP SF Platform and Core HR across 40+ countries.
• Configure, maintain, and support Employee Central and its EC Payroll integration.
• Support system upgrades for Platform, EC and Joule.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and partner with vendors as needed.
• Develop and drive rollout of AI-enabled capabilities and governance across the platform.
• Lead audit-related reporting and controls; manage RBAC governance.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to deliver tech initiatives via hybrid agile lifecycle.
• Oversee support ticket management to resolve issues promptly.
