Job summary
Recruit 121 Group is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to support major talent acquisition transformation initiatives. This role is fully remote and suited for a senior consultant comfortable working with HR stakeholders, solution architects and implementation teams.
Requirements include 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors with 3+ implementations across Recruiting and Onboarding, a strong HR/talent acquisition background, experience in global environments,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- 3+ successful implementations across Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Strong HR/talent acquisition background.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment, candidate management, offers, onboarding, compliance and reporting.
- Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business workshops.
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding solutions.
- Define and optimise end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Configure Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Finance teams.
