Effective People, a leading SAP SuccessFactors consultancy, is hiring a skilled consultant to implement and optimize Performance & Goals, and Succession Management for global clients. This remote-friendly role supports multiple regions and aligns HR processes with business goals.

You will advise on Talent Management, facilitate workshops, and help move clients toward skills-based organizations and clear career frameworks, working with senior teammates and international clients in a fully remote

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management.
• Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management.
• Solid understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors PM/GM solutions.
• Advise clients on Talent Management processes and solution design.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and provide recommendations.
• Support evolution of Talent Management solutions towards skills-based organisations and career frameworks.
