Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. You will drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership development across dynamic matrixed environments, collaborating across the HR value chain to solve business challenges.

You will influence senior leaders, coach strategic decisions, and align people strategies with business priorities while ensuring seamless execution of global HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; equivalent work experience valued.
• Minimum of 7 years HR management experience in high-tech or regulated industries.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or related areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives by partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Guide change management initiatives and ensure seamless execution of global HR programs.
• Coach and consult with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate across HR value chain with corporate and country partners to enable scalable growth.
• Monitor HR metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
